Things you should ask to help you get the most for your child!
• Know ALL charges and the total length of the contract.
(ICC does not charge insurance fees, mailing fees, or
bookkeeping fees to our customers.)
• IS there insurance, and WHAT does it cover.
(ICC would never ask you to insure our instrument.)
• Where is the instrument made and are parts readily available?
(All our instruments come from companies with impeccable
reputations for quality and playability.)
• Can exchanges be made and for HOW LONG?
(Some children because of stature won’t be able to handle
a saxophone for 6-12 months.) At ICC exchanges can be
made ANYTIME during the payment plan with NO PENALTY.
•When does this become a permanent payment plan?
(ICC allows returns anytime prior to the final payment.)
